The houses will include carprts, ramps / decks, landscaping, and all works required to ensure compliance with the statuatory approvals. Additional works can also include minor improvement to the papakainga.

The construction of 30 affordable rental homes at Manawa subdivision for whānau that whakapapa to Ngā Pōtiki a Tamapāhore. The homes will be rented at 80% of the median market rate. The affordable rentals form part of a wider mixed tenure development comprised of public housing, affordable rentals and market housing.
